The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for diagnosing cold and hot patterns of a patient by using voice information. The apparatus for diagnosing the cold and hot patterns of the patient by using the voice information according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an information collecting unit which collects at least one voice information and at least one cold and hot pattern diagnosis information corresponding to at least one voice information, a cold and hot pattern diagnosis model generating unit which generates a cold and hot pattern diagnosis model using the collected voice information and cold and hot pattern diagnosis model, and a cold and hot pattern diagnosis unit which outputs the cold and hot pattern diagnosis result of a subject based on the generated cold and hot pattern diagnosis model.
