The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell with a flexible substrate which includes the steps of: forming a separation layer on a mother substrate like a glass substrate; manufacturing a solar cell after the flexible substrate is formed on the separation layer; and separating and removing the mother substrate by emitting laser to the separation layer. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing the solar cell with the flexible substrate capable of simplifying a manufacturing process and improving productivity with low costs.
