<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cross-linked enzyme nanoparticles. More specifically, provided are a method for manufacturing cross-linked enzyme nanoparticles, which provides an enzyme in which initial concentration is set, extracts the enzyme, induces cross-linked bond between enzymes, and stably maintains activity for a long time; and a use of an enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay thereof.</p> |
