<p>The present invention relates to influenza A virus having improved MDCK cell specific proliferation while having reduced pathogenicity. Since the present invention provides multiple mutated recombinant influenza A virus including an amino acid substitution in which the amino acid Asp at the position 153 of PB1 is substituted with Asn, and the amino acid Ala at the position 137 of M1 is substituted with Thr, and a method for preparing the multiple mutated recombinant influenza A virus, the present invention can be usefully applied as a vaccine for preventing a disease associated with influenza infection which infects various hosts such as birds, mammals and humans.</p> |
