Disclosed are a transmission node and a reception node which distinguishes collision and deafness generated when a transmission request message is transmitted from the transmission node to the reception node. The disclosed transmission node/reception node includes channels. The specific channel is maintained in an activated state, thereby transmitting the transmission request message or reception request message during data transmission.
