<p>PURPOSE: A mobile payment credit limit transfer method, an apparatus, and a system are provided to minimize the generation of a payment dishonoring rate and a credit delinquent and to reduce concerns of corporate image damage according to a rapid decrease of trust of people. CONSTITUTION: A limit transfer information processing device receives information of a limit receiver and family integrity request information which is set up according to the input of a limit qualifier from a terminal of the limit qualifier in order to transfer a credit limit of the limit qualifier having a mobile terminal payment credit limit to one or more limit receivers through a wired and wireless network in a reception step. The limit transfer information processing device transfers the mobile terminal payment credit limit of the limit qualifier to a limit receiver which is authenticated as a family according to the family integrity request information which is received from the terminal in a transfer step.
