An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotary-type heat treatment furnace in which several compartments are formed between a rotational plate and a housing, heat treatment is performed in each compartment, and a target object for heat treatment is put into or withdrawn from one compartment among the several compartments, so that heat treatment atmosphere is exposed to the outside from only one compartment. Accordingly, as the heat treatment atmosphere is formed in one compartment for the heat treatment, a great amount of energy is not consumed, so that a power saving effect can be obtained. More specifically, another objective of the present invention is to provide a rotary-type heat treatment furnace in which target objects for the heat treatment are sequentially transferred and positioned into each compartment through the rotational plate having the compartments, the heat treatment is performed, and the target objects are sequentially withdrawn from the compartments by rotating the rotary-plate, so that the rotary-type heat treatment according to the present invention is performed even in a narrow space to receive the circular-shape structure, thereby increasing a space utilization. In addition, a rotary-type heat treatment furnace has each compartment including components required for the heat treatment, for example a motor, a heater, or a cooling line, and the components are classified according to the compartments, so that failure occurs less, the maintenance is easy, and only failed component is replaced, so the operating efficiency of the device can be improved. |
