Disclosed is a heating exchange type carbonyl sulfide (COS) hydrolysis reaction system. The heating exchange type COS hydrolysis reaction system comprises: a reactor which is filled with a catalyst layer for converting carbonyl sulfide (COS) included in syngas into hydrogen sulfide (H_2S); a feed gas coil which is installed in the reactor for injecting the syngas into the reactor; and a steam supplying line which is installed in the reactor for supplying steam required for a chemical reaction inside the reactor, wherein the feed gas coil is arranged from the top to the bottom of the reactor, and then bent and arranged from the bottom to the top of the reactor, for relieving the temperature gradient of the entire catalyst layer through heat exchange of the upper and lower part of the catalyst layer.
