The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a concrete girder. The present invention enables a pattern forming plate to be easily and detachably installed during the manufacturing process of a concrete girder for a bridge to easily form various patterns, signs, and letters in desired shapes on the surface of the concrete girder. The present invention is also configured to ensure easy replacement of the pattern forming plate.
