The present invention relates to a method of installing an environment-friendly ground subsidence preventing permeable structure which is utilized as a lower structure for an artificial grass or an integral elastic paving member, prevents ground subsidence, and has permeability. The present invention comprises: a step of stacking a subsidence-preventing reinforcement mat on a ground; a step of pulling aggregates on the reinforcement mat to form an aggregate layer; a step of mixing and spraying 10~15 w% acryl emulsion, 50~60 w% sand, and 10~20 w% cement on the aggregate layer to form a first permeable coupling layer; and a step of mixing a mixture of 10~15 w% acryl emulsion, 50~60 w% sand, and 10~20 w% cement with 5~25 weight portion with respect to a porous stone 100 weight portion and pulling the result on the coupling layer to form a second permeable coupling layer. |
