摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A thickness measurement device with a novel structure is provided to include a plate-shaped main body with a specific structure, a driving unit, connection members, a frame, a top plate, a measuring machine, and a base plate, thereby accurately and rapidly inspecting the thickness of a plate-shaped product. CONSTITUTION: A thickness measurement device with a novel structure includes a plate-shaped main body (110), a driving unit, at least two connection members, a frame, a plate-shaped top plate (150), a measuring machine (160), and a base plate (170). The main body has one side surface on which the driving unit is mounted and the other side on which at least one connection member is mounted. The driving unit is mounted on the upper end surface of the main body, and transfers the vertical driving force to the frame. The connection member is connected to the plate-shaped main body and the driving unit, respectively, and includes floating joints (133,134). The frame includes at least two through-ports (141,142) through the connection member passes, and is coupled to the connection member by the though-ports. The top plate is mounted on the end portion of a support member, and is received in a frame receiving unit. The measuring machine measures the distance to the one surface of the frame. The base plate is formed to have the size corresponding to the size of the frame plane surface.</p>
