The present invention relates to a microwave reactor, which includes a see-through window without leakage of microwaves to observe the inside thereof with the naked eyes, a magnifying glass, or a microscope, and a method therefor. The microwave reactor according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a conductive metal tube body; and a see-through window coupled to the side surface of the metal tube body. The see-through window includes: stepped openings becoming larger from the inside to the outside in a stepped form; and a transparent window coupled to the openings. In order to prevent the introduction of microwaves into the see-through window, the size of the stepped openings is formed so that a cutoff frequency by the stepped openings is higher than the frequency of the microwaves incident on the inside of the body to heat a reaction object. The stepped openings are formed so that the entire length thereof in the inner and outer directions is not a multiple of 1 / 4 of the wavelength of the incident microwaves.
|
