The present invention relates to a message authentication method using a one time incoming number and a one time outgoing number. The message authentication method using a one time incoming number and a one time outgoing number, wherein the method is implemented by a server linked with a user terminal and a message server connected with a communications company server, comprises: checking a user phone number to which an authentication message is to be sent; selecting a one time incoming number used only for message reception by a user; providing the user phone number to the communications company server and receiving a one time outgoing number selected by the communications company server mapped onto the user phone number; mapping the one time incoming number onto the one time outgoing number and storing the numbers; displaying the one time incoming number as a user-dedicated message receiving number on the user terminal; checking message reception for the one time incoming number within a predetermined time out by being linked with the message server; checking the outgoing number of a received message when the message reception is confirmed; checking a one time outgoing number onto which the message receiving one time incoming number is mapped, comparing the checked outgoing number with the one time outgoing number, and authenticating whether these two numbers match; determining that the user is authenticated if the one time outgoing number matches the outgoing number; and retrieving the one time incoming number mapped onto the user phone number. |
