<p>An organic light emitting diode display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a thin film transistor formed on a substrate; a first insulation layer formed on the thin film transistor; a first subsidiary electrode which is formed on the first insulation layer and is formed on a connection part connected to the thin film transistor and the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer formed on the connection part and the first subsidiary electrode; a second subsidiary electrode which is formed on the second insulation layer, is formed on an anode electrode and the second insulation layer by being separated from the anode electrode, and is connected to the first subsidiary electrode; a bank layer which includes a first contact hole exposing the anode electrode and a second contact hole exposing the second subsidiary electrode and is formed on the anode electrode and the second subsidiary electrode; an organic light emitting layer which is formed on the bank layer and is formed in the first contact hole; and a cathode electrode which is electrically connected to the second subsidiary electrode by being formed on the organic light emitting layer.</p> |
