<p>The present invention relates to an inverted organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an inverted organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same which: can easily apply a mass production system since a large area can be obtained by allowing the formation of a film deposition via a sputtering process of an electron-absorbing layer, which is a buffer layer of the inverted organic solar cell, with a cathode transparent electrode layer; can have simple and small scaled manufacturing facilities since a slot die and a dryer are not required; can improve electrical properties and permeability by forming the electron-absorbing layer formed through the sputtering process in a form of oxide in which a metal material is doped.</p> |
