The present invention relates to a dental implant for artificial teeth, comprising: a fixture which has a shaft hole in the upper part thereof and is implanted into a jawbone; an abutment which has a lower coupling shaft part inserted into the shaft hole of the fixture and coupled to the fixture and an upper mounting part in which a prosthesis is mounted. The lower coupling shaft part of the abutment comprises: a shock-absorbing part comprising at least two coupling legs and having a cutout portion formed therein; a coupling part formed on the outer surface of the shock-absorbing part; and a transformation control part projected inwardly from the coupling leg and having a width (d1) of the cutout portion, which is less than the width (d2) of the cutout portion inside the coupling part, so as to prevent the coupling shaft parts from being excessively bent due to external force. According to the present invention, after implantation, the transformation control part prevents the coupling shaft from being excessively bent due to an external force, thereby significantly increasing the clamping force of the coupling shaft within the shaft hole of the fixture, resulting in stable fixing of the coupling shaft. Further, the coupling shaft serves to sufficiently distribute external force so that no excessive force is applied to the connection part between the abutment and the coupling leg, thereby significantly improving the durability and lifespan of the implant.
