The present invention relates to a method to provide advertisements and a device to provide advertisements. According to the present invention, the method to provide advertisements includes: a step of dividing the time domain to generate two or more unit time domains; a step of placing advertising data to the generated two or more unit time domains; a step of receiving a service request command from a user terminal; and a step of transmitting the advertising data placed in the unit time domain corresponding to the time when the service request command is received to the user terminal. By providing advertisements evenly in line with the flow of time in online advertising, it is possible to prevent a problem of an online advertising medium charging excessive advertising costs to an advertiser.
