PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in associating between images using a motion vector of a moving image having a hierarchical reference structure.SOLUTION: An image associating device according to the invention is a device that associates images by using a motion vector obtained when a moving image into which a plurality of images were coded by a hierarchical reference structure is coded. The image associating device comprises: a motion vector searching unit for searching for instruction relation of a motion vector between a plurality of images; a voting value determination unit for determining a voting value of the motion vector on the basis of encoding information, the images, and the instruction relation of the motion vector which the motion vector searching unit searched for; and a voting unit that votes the voting value of the motion vector determined by the voting value determination unit at a position on a reference image which the motion vector points to, and determines a corresponding point on the reference image on the basis of the total voting value of each voted position. |
