<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage output solar battery cell which is compact and has high power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The solar battery cell includes: a p-type or n-type single-crystal semiconductor substrate (1) forming a power generation layer; a plurality of grooves (7), a plurality of hole collection layers (2), and a plurality of electron collection layers (3) which are provided in the semiconductor substrate (1) so as to be in contact with a rear surface opposite to a light receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate (1), wherein each of the hole collection layers (2) and each of the electron collection layers (3) are provided between each adjoining grooves (7), and the hole collection layers (2) and the electron collection layers (3) are provided to sandwich the grooves (7) therebetween respectively; and a wiring layer (8) connecting a hole collection layer (2) and an electron collection layer (3), in which the hole collection layer (2) and the electron collection layer (3) sandwich a groove (7) therebetween. The grooves (7) are formed from the rear surface side toward the inside of the semiconductor substrate (1).</p> |
