<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the occurrence frequency of unsettled transactions.SOLUTION: A registration device 11 for executing registration processing of object merchandise in each transaction, and recording identification information for identifying the transaction in an information medium 12 after completing the registration processing, and a management server device 14 for managing a settlement device 13 for executing settlement processing of the transaction shown by the identification information read from the information medium 12 are provided. The management server device 14 includes a first communication part 14a for receiving merchandise information showing registered object merchandise, information about a customer inputted to the registration device 11 during the registration processing, and the identification information, a second communication part 14b for receiving information transmitted from the settlement device 13 during executing the settlement processing, and a display control part 14c for making a display part 15 display display information including identification information of an unsettled transaction with a first time passed without executing settlement processing after completing the registration processing. The display control part 14c changes display methods of the display information on the basis of information about a customer corresponding to the unsettled transaction.</p> |
