PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely establish wireless communication using an inquiry signal of a master unit and a response signal of a slave unit.SOLUTION: A master unit 20 transmits an inquiry signal Spb composed of a pulse burst wave formed by successive pulse waves, where pulse numbers B for identifying respective pulse waves are superposed in the inquiry signal Spb. A slave unit 31 performs sensing for the inquiry signal Spb at a predetermined timing interval, detects the inquiry signal Spb, and demodulates the detected signal to obtain the pulse numbers B. The slave unit 31 sets wait time Twat on the basis of the pulse numbers B, and generates and transmits a response signal Sre1 including a slave unit identification signal when the wait time Twat passes after timing of detecting the inquiry signal Spb. |
