THE ANTICRIME SYSTEM IN A SCHOOL ZONE

The present invention relates to a system for improving the performance of a school zone CCTV monitoring device. An integrated control server stores a captured image, a color still image, and a projection still image of a tracking/monitoring camera and transmits the captured image of omnidirectional security cameras to a main server of a integrated security center through a network. The integrated control server extracts a human face from the captured image, extracts a facial contour line through a facial recognition program, encrypts coordinates of the facial contour line, and transmits only encrypted encryption codes to the main server of the integrated security center. The main server of the integrated security center compares facial contour coordinates of a wanted criminal and a sex offender and generates an event and pops up an event capturing image on a monitor of the integrated security center when matched with the facial contour coordinates of the wanted criminal and the sex offender.
