<p>Provided are a backlight module and a liquid crystal display. The backlight module comprises an optical plate, an optical membrane (2), and a hanging piece (3). At least one side of the optical membrane (2) is provided with at least one lug (21). A through hole (211) is disposed on the lug (21). One side surface of the optical plate corresponding to the side of the optical membrane (2) on which the lug (21) is disposed is fixedly connected to the hanging piece (3). The optical membrane (2) is disposed on the optical plate, and the through hole (211) is sheathed to the hanging piece (3) in a hanged manner, so that the optical membrane (2) is fixedly located. By using the backlight module, the fixing reliability of the optical plate can be improved, and the bump of the optical plate due to heat expansion is avoided; in addition, the optical plate and the optical membrane (2) can simultaneously expand and move, the optical membrane (2) is be prevented from having a wavy bend, and accordingly, the optical grade of the backlight module is improved.</p> |
