PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately controlling contraction behavior of a material in a calcination step.SOLUTION: An LTCC substrate 10 comprises a multi-layered structure in which a first ceramic insulating layer 1a and a second ceramic insulating layer 1b are laminated. The first ceramic insulating layer 1a includes a glass material having a glass as a main component that crystallizes in a calcination step. The second ceramic insulating layer 1b includes a glass material having a glass as a main component that does not crystallize in the calcination step. A softening point temperature Ta of the glass that is contained in the first ceramic insulating layer 1a and does not crystallize and a crystallization temperature Tb of the glass that is contained in the second ceramic insulating layer 1b and crystallizes satisfy the relationship of the following inequality (1): Ta≤Tb≤Ta+100...(1) |
