PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain preventive member with a coating film having excellent stain preventive performance to both the stains of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, and particularly, having excellent sticking prevention effect and stain removal effect to large stains.SOLUTION: Provided is a stain preventive member comprising: a base material; and a coating film formed on the base material. The coating film being an organic resin film in which an agglomerate including silica particles and fluororesin particles, and fluororesin particles are dispersed and are present so as to be exposed to the surface.
