1. A hone plate comprising:
a substantially rigid plate including a first slot oriented along a first, longitudinal, axis; a slider, longitudinally displaceable along said first slot; said slider including a second slot oriented along a second, transverse, axis; a fastener; wherein, when said fastener is inserted through said second slot, and loosely engaged to an underlying bone, said plate can be repositioned proximally and/or distally along said first longitudinal axis, laterally skewed along said second transverse axis and circularly rotated around said fastener.
