PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for manufacture of compounds of the formula (I) that exhibit potential as active pharmaceutical ingredients, and novel synthesis routes for important intermediates used in the method.SOLUTION: In the formula (I), X is -Br or -Cl.
