In this inverter-integrated electric compressor, the substrate of an inverter device is divided into: a main substrate (23) having a shape and size that can be housed within an inverter housing section (8); and a sub-substrate (26) that is electrically connected to the main substrate (23). The main substrate (23) is affixed/installed to a boss section (27) at least the (four) corners, and is also affixed/supported by electrical components mounted to the substrate (23). The sub-substrate (26) is affixed/installed to a boss section (31) at three front/back points in a space to the back of a bottom section that is inclined downwards towards the back from the front of the inverter housing section (8), is the bottom portion of the main substrate (23), and has a flaring shape from the front end side to the back end side.
