The present invention is part of the field of flowrate mixing and adjusting devices and in particular relates to a new device for mixing and adjusting the flow of liquids with electronic control of the temperature and of the flowrate, for domestic and/or industrial plumbing systems. The device is modular, stackable and provided with pressure and flooding safety systems.
