PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument holder which can be easily manufactured and has a low height, and a letter paper clip having the holder.SOLUTION: A writing instrument holder comprises a bearing part 210 which is formed on one surface side of a writing instrument holder part 200 and supports a shaft 102 of a writing instrument 100, and a clip reception part 230 which is formed on the other surface side of the writing instrument holder part 200 and contacts a clip 104 of the writing instrument 100. The bearing part 210 is so inclined that the bearing part 210 is lowered towards the clip 104 side in a direction along which the bearing part 210 is separated from a surface of the shaft 102 of the writing instrument 100 supported by the bearing part 210 as the bearing part 210 itself is directed to an inner side from the side on which the shaft 102 of the writing instrument 100 and the clip 104 of the writing instrument 100 are inserted therein. |
