<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device capable of performing an efficient conversion of potential energy of dropping water into electric energy to increase generating efficiency, decreasing installation space therefor, simplifying configuration and reducing the cost thereof.SOLUTION: A plurality of upper and lower stages of driving water turbines 21 are fitted to a rotary shaft 20 arranged along a central line in a cylindrical space and then each of the driving water turbines 21 is rotated by a water flow dropping in the cylindrical space. The driving water turbines 21 are provided with a plurality of water flow blades 24 extending in the same slant upper direction as a rotating direction along an inner circumferential surface 12 of the cylindrical space. Flow regulating means 30 for converting a water flow dropping at a slant lower direction opposite to the rotating direction after striking against the water flow blades 24 of the upper driving water turbine 21 and rotating the driving water turbine 21 into a linear water flow striking under a specified angle against a front side slant surface at the water flow blades 24 of the lower driving water turbine 21 is provided between the upper and lower driving water turbines 21.</p> |
