An endoscope treatment system comprises: an endoscope treatment tool which includes an operational part having a distal end and a base end, and a sheath in which a lumen that is connected to the distal end of the operational part is formed; and a guide wire which includes a coating area onto which coating is applied on a distal end thereof and which is inserted through the lumen of the sheath. A packaging material comprises a tray which maintains a prescribed positional relationship between the sheath and the guide wire and which holds the distal end side of the sheath with the coating area of the guide wire being exposed from the distal end of the sheath. The tray comprises a wire housing part which is positioned distally to the sheath than a sheath holding part that holds the sheath and which holds the whole length of the coating area of the guide wire exposed from the sheath distal end in a straight line.
