<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration (stripes) of image quality caused by insertion/deletion from occurring even when the distance of insertion/deletion in pixels is reduced by improving resolution in an image forming apparatus by the insertion/deletion of the pixels. <P>SOLUTION: Pixels P are allowed to be adjacent by unit of a few pixels (P11-P13), so as to constitute a small group.
