A method for determining the equivalent dose of secondary cosmic rays. The spectrum of secondary cosmic rays is calculated according to corpuscular radiation measurements using two or more satellites on elliptic or circular orbit or geostationary satellite within energy range from 100 MeV to 1000 GeV. The particles count is determined on not less than three NM64 neutron monitors, two of which are located in the northern hemisphere and at least one is located in the southern hemisphere. The flow of muons and neutrons in the atmosphere is calculated at a height of 15000m above sea level given the geomagnetic cut-off rigidity. Correction factors are applied for neutron and muon radiation due to adsorption of neutrons at interphase, which includes inhomogeneous electric field in the bulk phase, external and internal interphase zones with electric field strength more than 105 V/cm and multiple ionization of living organisms by one muon when muon passes through living matter. |
