<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two liquid type urethane-based coating film material in which trouble of a mixing failure occurring upon two liquid mixing can be prevented, and also, sedimentation of a colorant from the base compound agent does not occur even when stored for a long period of time, and an execution method. <P>SOLUTION: The two liquid mixed type urethane-based coating film material is composed of: the base compound including an isocyanate compound; and a curing agent including a multifunctional active hydrogen compound having reactivity with an isocyanate group. The base compound is colored with a dye in such a manner that lightness L<SP POS="POST">*</SP>of the base compound is controlled to≤60, and the color differenceΔE between the mixture of the base compound and the curing agent, and the curing agent is≥7. The method for executing a urethane-based coating film uses the two liquid mixed type urethane coating film material.
