<p>The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus for a vehicle inner material, including a slide core which is installed on one side of an upper mold to be movable in a lateral direction and includes a hole penetrated up and down, a cam block which is inserted to penetrate through the hole and moves the slide core by coming in contact with the side of the hole, a cylinder which is coupled to the upper end of the cam block to move the cam block up and down, and a lower mold which has an insertion groove into which the lower end of the cam block is inserted.
