<p>PURPOSE: A surface mounting apparatus is provided to improve mounting accuracy of an electronic component, by correcting data of the mounting position of the electronic component by inspecting position deviation of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of head units transports an electronic component. A supporting part (12) comprises two sets of conveyors. The conveyor of each set is extended along X direction. A component supply part (11) moves freely. Both ends of the supporting part comprise two Y frames (15) and four X arms (30).</p> |
