<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch for punching process, which has high positioning accuracy and in which its end portion can be easily replaced. <P>SOLUTION: The punch 1 for punching process includes: a leading end-side punch 2 having a punching surface 21 that corresponds to the shape of a product to be formed; and a base end-side punch 3 detachably fitted to the leading end-side punch 2. The leading end-side punch 2 and the base end-side punch 3 respectively have a leading end-side fitting portion 23 and a base end-side fitting portion 33 formed thereon, wherein the leading end-side fitting portion and the base end-side fitting portion are fitted to each other by sliding the leading end-side punch 2 to the base end-side punch 3 in a direction substantially orthogonal to an axis direction of the punch 1. The leading end-side fitting portion 23 and the base end-side fitting portion 33 have a tapered shape in which the width of the leading end-side punch 2 decreases as it goes toward the sliding direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
