<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of facilitating the positioning of a moving element of an actuator and a movable plate to be an object to be vibrated and securing positioning accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This vibration control device 10 includes the actuator 50 including the shaft-shaped moving element 52 having a distal end part connected to the movable plate part 44 of a sealing plate 40 to be axially reciprocated and a stator 60 arranged to surround an outer peripheral part of the moving element 52 and reciprocating the moving element 52, and vibrating the movable plate part 44 by the reciprocating motion of the moving element 52, a cylindrical positioning member 70 made as an outer flange part 72 having one end side fixed to the sealing plate 40 side of the stator 60 and the other end side extended to the radial outside to abut on the sealing plate 40, and a positioning projecting part 48 projecting from the sealing plate 40 to the actuator 50 side and being forcibly fitted into a hollow portion in the cylinder of the positioning member 70 to radially position the moving element 52 and the movable plate part 44.
