摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method or the like of a hollow extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy, in which the bending can be executed with the relatively small bending radius by the cold working, and the surface accuracy of a bent outer wall can be easily ensured; and to provide a hollow extruded shape or the like made of an aluminum alloy which is bent by the bending method. <P>SOLUTION: The bending method includes: a first step of providing a predetermined recessed groove 3 which is recessed toward the inside of the cross section of a hollow extruded shape 1 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the hollow extruded shape 1, in areas at least subjected to the bending on side walls 1c 1d of the hollow extruded shape 1; and a second step of performing the bending of the hollow extruded shape 1 while rotating a movable die 6 provided closely to a bent outer wall 1a of the hollow extruded shape 1 with respect to the center P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of rotation, by using, as the center P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of rotation, the point set at the predetermined position away from the center P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the inner radius (r) of the hollow extruded shape 1 after the first step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
