<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital protective relay device suitable for the operation test of a protective relay unit. <P>SOLUTION: The digital protective relay device includes: a hardware-configured input converter for fetching a current and a voltage from a power system; a hardware-configured digital input/output part which handles digital output to a breaker and digital input from the breaker; and an operation part which obtains input from the input converter, executes a protection operation, exchanges digital signals with the digital input/output part, is board configured, and executes software processing by a program. The digital protective relay device has a function of executing, by using the program and in terms of software, each processing of a protective relay function part for performing a protective relay operation, a simulation input part for simulating the digital input from the breaker, an output confirmation part for obtaining the digital output to the breaker supplied by the protective relay function part, and an operation/breaker control simulation part for simulating a process from the supply of the digital output to the breaker by the protective relay function part to the state change of the breaker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
