<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference station capable of performing baseline analysis utilizing both characteristics of a kinematic system and a static system in a site. <P>SOLUTION: A reference station 2 includes a GNSS reception part 24, a radio reception part 25, a data processing part 41, and a time series acquisition part 40. The GNSS reception part 24 receives radio waves from a GNSS satellite and acquires local station measurement data. The radio reception part 25 acquires other station measurement data which is measurement data outputted from a measurement station 3 receiving radio waves from the GNSS satellite. The data processing part 41 processes the local station measurement data and the other station measurement data acquired within a predetermined repeat time and obtains a positioning result. The time series acquisition part 40 repeatedly executes a data processing step in each repeat period and acquires time series of positioning results.
