<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise absorber which reduces unit costs of members, facilitates assembly, has high reliability, and has high sound deadening effect in comparison with a conventional method. <P>SOLUTION: The noise absorber comprises a pipe 1 having a straight pipe portion, a drain port 11 for allowing inflow of waste water into the pipe 1, a discharge port 12 for discharging the waste water in the pipe 1, and a water storage portion 3 formed immediately under the drain port 11 to store the waste water.
