Conventional techniques for separating an objective substance from a liquid-liquid or solid-liquid mixture have problems including the following: the objective ingredient trapped cannot be isolated; separation of a mixture having a small difference in specific gravity is impossible; and oxidation or alteration proceeds. A method for overcoming those problems is provided in which filter crystals are used as a filter medium and a mixture to be separated is separated therewith into: a liquid which passes through the filter layer; and a high-viscosity solution and solid matter which are trapped by the filter layer. An apparatus for the filtration basically comprises a device for forming filter crystals, a separator, and a melting tank.
|
