The present invention relates to a vibration and noise absorbing panel block in which a vibration/noise absorbing material having protrusions of a fixed size formed at fixed intervals is attached onto a reinforcing material or a finish material. The vibration and noise absorbing panel block absorbs vibration and noise caused in a daily life well and performs a role of the finish material. The vibration and noise absorbing panel block also maintains the strength against a heavy load or sudden impact and facilitates the construction of a floor heating pipe or a heating wire. Moreover, the vibration and the noise absorbing panel block can be simply constructed. |
