measuring a temporal feature of motion movement of video data prior to performing the local content analysis; measuring per-pixel spatial content features of the video data; performing a local content analysis on the video data to classify each of a plurality of pixels in the video data as one of singular pixels, motion pixels and static pixels; and performing noise reduction filtering on the pixels, by:
performing singularity filtering on the singular pixels;performing spatial filtering on the motion pixels; andperforming spatial temporal filtering on the static pixels.
