<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a coffee extract having a low caffeine content and a high extraction yield, and to a coffee beverage containing the coffee extract, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a coffee extract having a low caffeine content and an excellent flavor unique to coffee by using a coffee extract extracted from coffee beans, which are obtained by steaming and grinding raw coffee beans with low-temperature water.</p> |
