Disclosed is a method and device for maintaining low power of a wireless binaural hearing aid. The method for maintaining low power of a first hearing aid performing a binaural function includes: a step of determining whether a remaining amount of a battery exceeds a predefined critical level; a step of correcting a voice signal from the outside depending on whether the remaining amount of the batter exceeds the predefined critical level; and a step of transmitting the voice signal to a second hearing aid.
