PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coping construction member and a coping construction method, for restraining fouling of a fence, and capable of easily constructing a coping.SOLUTION: The coping construction member comprises a top plate part 11, a shade part 13, a side plate part 15, a shade side part 16, a wall part 17 erected upward from an outside end part of the shade part 13 and having an inclined piece 17a gradually inclining to the outside of a fence body 3 upward from below, a coping material receiving part 19 and a main drain board 23 extending along the extension direction under the shade side part 16 and erected downward, and the main drain board 23 is inclined outside so as to separate from a side surface 2a of the fence 2 downward from above. |
