PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column unit having high programming rate and cooling rate, and being available under a hot condition.SOLUTION: A column unit comprises a housing, a cooling air supply and column unit. The housing comprises an internal space isolated from open air by a heat insulating material, an intake vent taking air in the internal space, and an exhaust vent exhausting air from the internal space. The cooling air supply comprises a fan producing a flow of air from the intake vent to the exhaust vent of the housing, and a cooling element arranged in the upstream of the intake vent in the direction of flow of the air produced by the fan. The column unit is arranged on a distribution channel of the air flowing from the intake vent to the exhaust vent of the internal space of the housing. |
